Truly can’t speak highly enough of the care team here! It is so clear that they care about patients and providing high quality, accessible, non-stigmatizing care. Brilliant and compassionate staff providing evidence-based treatments in a clean and welcoming facility (with beautiful art, a nice plus). We are so lucky to have central outreach here. Everyone deserves access to health care like this ❤️ I have even had great experiences with their referrals to other agencies for the services they don’t provide.

Central Outreach has always been my go to spot for testing in Cleveland. My experiences have always been very pleasant. Char did an amazing job with my blood draw and making me feel comfortable. Sarah also addressed all my concerns. The team members are very sweet and informative. Love all the artwork and the facility is always very clean.

I have been a patient at Central Outreach for about 2-years now. The most personalized healthcare I have received in NE Ohio. My care team members from Cleveland and Pittsburgh (Shawna and Quinn are fantastic), have been proactive, informative and seem to take an interest in helping me stay healthy. At my most recent appointment Char did a thorough intake interview and her lab draw skills were excellent. No discomfort even though my provider had ordered that quite a few tubes be drawn. Wait times can sometimes be a bit long, even with an appointment, especially if you require an afternoon time slot. Free parking just outside the facility and an in-house pharmacy make things very convenient.

I have social anxiety and PTSD especially while giving blood.Im anemic & have very small views that usually need an ultra sound and very deep and painful blood draws. Not only were both the nurses who provided my care kind, they are truly what nurses are suppose to look like when it comes to patients but sadly in Toledo alot of them fall short on compassion, simple kindness and no judgements. The doctors as well.I just think they deserve to know they made a huge impact on my life in a very short time and I couldn't be more thankful for the help I received from ya'll.God is good always!Bless all of you from my heart to yours. ( Im not entirely sure what office they are involved with but they traveled from Cleveland to my home clinic here in Toledo,Ohio.) They are the two angels in the picture below♡) This goes for the doctors and even the pharmacies they work with, this company is phenomenal!

no one likes going into doctors offices. everyone feels some sort of anxiety or discomfort when you first walk in. however, the staff here made my experience comfortable, fun, and safe. i felt relieved when i got the same doctor i had 3 years ago, Sabina. they are wonderful!! the rest of the staff, from the front desk to the nurses- and i really wish i could remember their names- but they were kind, funny and genuine. i walked out of there with a 360 attitude. i felt educated, relieved and grateful for the excellent care that i was given. so much so, that i made them my PCP! keep up the great work!!
